The Third Eye can be real? That’s the Forehead Retina System (FRS), the closest thing to what parapsychologists call to the third eye. For one thing, FRS is positional right on top the traditional location of the mystical eye, but unlike the visions the third eye is believed to be capable of perceiving, the FRS allows only the ordinary, mundane things to be sensed by the visually impaired. Using a special headband that stimulates different receptors in the forehead skin, the FRS enables visually impaired individuals “to see” what is in front of them, the FRS utilizes tactile sensations in the forehead to produce a mental picture of the outline of objects.
