In the video, Miley Cyrus is clad similar a birdie and unfree in a composer. She also trashes a museum proving that she in fact, 'Can't Be Tamed.'
Cyrus insisted to Ryan Seacrest that the recording wasn't about her but rather it was a prevarication to go along with her new track which is quite rebellious.
