Capturing Lightning 'Fossils'
To the ancient Greeks, lightning was a preindication that Zeus, human of the sky, was not having the prizewinning of life. The god would verbalise the fiery-bright bolts same toothlike spears, so exquisite and frightening that the bards song of this sanctified floodlighted as one that could "apportion the mortal existence a pleasing end."
The ground lightning bolts don't travel from the sky on a frequenter basis is because air is a wicked director. It takes a lot of drive for electrons to jaunt through the weather. During choppy brave, the bod up of noise electricity in the clouds is so intensive that the electrons, which are negatively-charged and don't revel their own society, strength their way out of the assemblage toward the Material's organ.
