The American Idol Winner Season 9 is Lee Dewyze a 24-year-old former paint-store employee was crowned as this season's winner of American Idol, beating out Crystal Bowersox, the favorite to win. Lee DeWyze won the coveted title and with it a recording contract after millions of Americans cast their votes for the guitarist who likes the blues, even though the judges felt that Bowersox did better in final presentation.
